Tour of inspection of the marathon route On 20 and 21 March 2007 the members of the organisational committees of “Run for Our Lady” Peace Marathon Boris Stepinac, Želimir Šobot and Robert Rukavina made a visitation trip to the districts of Grude, Ljubuški and Čitluk and examined the marathon route. They met with the top officials of Grude and Ljubuški municipalities and father Ivan Sesar, the vicar of St. Jacob’s Church in Međugorje, and made all the necessary arrangements concerning the organisational details and course of the marathon. They set the date for the next press conference that will be held on 31 March 2007 at 12.00 at the premises of Grude Municipality. Milan Bandić, Robert Rukavina and Boris Stepinac, the official representatives of the three Marathon Committees, the officials of Grude, Ljubuški and Čitluk Municipalities, the representative of the Parish office of Međugorje along with other eminent guests will participate in the conference. Various interesting details related to the organisation of the marathon along with the amounts of the monetary rewards for the winners of the marathon and citizen race will be announced at the conference.
